How much more traffic can your site handle?

I once read an article about biofeedback experiments. It basically said that by letting people know (through little electrodes on their muscles) when their muscles were actively tensed the test subjects became able to control all sorts of normally unconscious bodily mechanisms. The simple fact that they were constantly given feedback about what their bodies were doing they could relax better, slow down their heart rate, control their blood pressure, become stronger and more flexible. It seems incredible but imagine your life without any sort of feedback. How would you have done in school without feedback? How would you learn to talk? How would you learn to walk? How would you even be able to keep yourself alive if the world wasn't constantly providing you with invaluable feedback?

Now, consider your internet business. You rely on the traffic you generate to your site right? In a brick and mortar business location is everything. Well, in an internet business traffic is everything. How are you currently generating it? How do you think that's working out for you? Is it possible that you are spending a heap of time putting out links in articles, forums, and high PR sites while most of your traffic is actually comming from that little bit of SEO you did months ago?
